Qualifications

• 6 months nursing assistant experience
• Clinical rotations within an accredited nursing program
• Enrollment in Essentia Health Nursing Assistant Foundation Course within 30 days of hire
• Verifiable completion of a recognized nurse aide training program
• Current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry

Responsibilities

Building Location: Building B - St Marys Medical Center Department: 2003930 SMMC 12-MED SURG NEURO TRAUMA - SMMC HOSP Job Description: Become part of Essentia’s accomplished team in Duluth, Minnesota on the beautiful shores of Lake Superior. We are looking for a Compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our Level 12 Neurotrauma Unit at St Mary's Medical Center!

Education Qualifications

• Must meet one of the following requirements: 6 months of nursing assistant experience
• Completion of one semester of clinical rotations within an accredited nursing program
• Enrollment into the Essentia Health Nursing Assistant Foundation Course within 30 days of hire
• Verifiable completion of a recognized nurse aide training program
• Current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry

This position MUST be able to work the following: 32 hours every two weeks; Every other weekend; Rotating 8 Hour Shifts; Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm; Evening Shift: 2pm - 10:30pm; Night Shift: 10pm - 6:30am

Responsibilities
