Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital in Willingboro, NJ is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) for PRN/Per Diem night shifts.

You will provide patient care, assist with bathing, feeding, mobility, and transport, participate in hourly rounds, and help maintain a clean, stocked patient environment. A 1500 sign-on bonus and night/weekend differentials are offered.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience), hospital NA experience or NA certification, and BLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years)
• Requires hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (i.e. medical assistant)
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Perform patient services including bathing, oral hygiene, oral feeding, and hair care
• Participate in hourly rounds
• Transport patients to treatment centers and assist with moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs
• Maintain cleanliness of instruments, bedpans, urinals, wheelchairs, and patient rooms
• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Compensation: $27.00 Per Hour
*shift differentials for nights and weekends*
