Job summary

Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation – Marlton is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to join our inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Marlton, NJ. This Full-Time role covers 7am–7:30pm with both weekday and weekend shifts, offering competitive hourly compensation and shift differentials.

The position requires BLS certification or completion within 90 days, with a preferred background in hospital care or CNA certification.

Qualifications

• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospital experience, certification as a nursing assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtaining vital signs, height, weight and demographic data.
• Assisting patients with personal and daily care, such as bathing, oral hygiene, shaving and hair care.
• Delivering meals and snacks, feeding patients who are unable to feed themselves and documenting oral intake.
• Turning and positioning immobile patients safely while maintaining proper body alignment; participating in mobility program.
• Answering patient call lights and performing services that add to the physical well-being of the patient.
• Transportation of the patients to designated areas, such as to and from various treatment centers.

Location: 92 Brick Road, Marlton, NJ 08053

Schedule: Full-Time, 7am - 7:30pm, Days (Includes Weekday & Weekend Shifts)

Compensation: $20.50 - $24.99/hr (Based on Experience) + Shift Differential
