Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) at Miller Prairie Center in Miller, SD. The NA will provide resident-centered care under RN supervision, assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and follow infection prevention protocols in a long-term care setting.

This PRN position requires travel within a 75-mile radius of the permanent address, with minimum 30 hours per month and at least one weekend shift per month.

Qualifications

• 3 months experience in Long Term Care required.
• 6 months experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care under the supervision of an RN.
• Assist with daily living activities and basic health needs (bathing, toileting, grooming, etc.).
• Record vital signs and support infection prevention and PPE usage as per care plan.
