Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA certification required or in progress.
• Minimum 3 months in Long Term Care; 6 months preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs and monitor health status.
• Assist with meals, dining, and hydration; document observations.
• Support infection control practices and PPE usage.
