Harford Community College seeks a Nursing Assistant Instructor to teach theory, lab, and clinical components of the nursing assistant program. Responsibilities include setup and inventory of the practice lab, maintaining course and student records, and assisting with MBON reporting as needed.

Applicants must be a Maryland-licensed RN with BLS/CPR, and have a minimum of two years nursing experience including long-term care. This is an on-campus adjunct role with flexible weekly hours.

Qualificações

• Must be a registered nurse licensed to practice in Maryland.
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR is required.
• Vaccinations for clinical teaching must be submitted.
• Two years of nursing experience, with at least one year in long-term care.
• Sixteen hours of course instruction in Principles of Adult Education OR two years nursing-related teaching experience.

Responsabilidades

• Teach nursing assistant courses including theory, lab, and clinical instruction.
• Assist with setup, inventory, and cleaning of the practice lab; maintain course and student records.
• Submit reports and applications to the Maryland Board of Nursing as indicated.
• Work on campus in Maryland; online/other modalities as assigned.
