Autumnwood of McBain is seeking a Nursing Assistant in Training to provide supervised resident care and assist with activities of daily living. This role supports licensed staff, ensures safety, and helps residents maintain independence in accordance with policies and regulatory standards.

Eligible candidates will complete a state-approved nursing assistant program and pass the competency exam within 120 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have graduated from a state-approved nursing assistant training program and pass the competency exam within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Measure and record vitals and intake/output.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and lift equipment.
