Responsibilities

• Assists and/or provides patient personal care and activities of daily living under RN supervision.
• Maintains a safe, clean patient environment and keeps rooms and supply areas orderly.
• Documents and reports care given to patients.
• Communicates clearly with patients and clinical staff to promote teamwork.
• Performs clerical and patient care duties on the unit.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
