Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate personal care and daily living support to patients under the direct supervision of Registered Nurses. You will maintain a clean, safe environment, assist with basic patient needs, and help ensure HIPAA and infection control policies are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Technical Degree or Diploma in Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Basic knowledge of infection control and patient safety guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with personal care, activities of daily living, and other basic needs under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly patient care environment; keep rooms and work areas free of hazards.
• Document and report care provided to patients; communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff.
• Perform clerical and patient care duties specific to the assigned unit; ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to hospital policies.
