• Observe, document, and report changes in patient condition to a nurse or physician.
• Assist patients and families with admission, orientation, and discharge processes.
• Provide routine personal care for activities of daily living as outlined in the plan of care.
• Perform routine clerical functions and help maintain a clean, stocked work area.
