Responsibilities include accurate patient information exchange, professional communication with patients and families, and ongoing development as a healthcare professional. Day shifts with weekend/holiday rotation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of State Approved Nurse Aide I course required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Performs effectively with frequent workload changes and competing demands.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the nursing process by delivering direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Perform specified procedures under RN direction.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients, staff, and the facility.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication of patient information to the care team.
• Communicate with patients, families, and staff in a professional manner.
• Demonstrate personal responsibility for performance and professional growth.
• Provide age-appropriate care according to guidelines for the relevant age groups.
