Geisinger is seeking a Nursing Assistant committed to delivering high-quality patient care. This full-time role requires reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork to support the care team and ensure positive patient outcomes.

The position offers a $1500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, a minimum hiring rate of $16.25 per hour with higher rates for experience, and up to $3 shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred.
• Basic patient care and clerical tasks may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care within the nursing assistant scope as part of the care plan.
• Identify and document patient needs and notify licensed personnel of changes.
• Assist with activities of daily living and daily patient care tasks.
• Care for patient safety and thorough transport of specimens as directed.
• Support unit operations, admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Coordinate meals, diets, and communications with other departments.
