Allina Health in Minnesota is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support patient care under RN supervision. You will perform personal care, monitor vital signs, assist with activities of daily living and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment.

Requirements include CNA program completion or equivalent clinical experience, and current BLS certification. The role is 48 hours per two weeks, with night shifts and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Must complete CNA program or have equivalent clinical rotations or CNA Academy completion.
• Experience providing direct patient care is acceptable.
• Current BLS certification preferred or required per facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care interventions under RN supervision.
• Collect and document vital signs and observations.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Support fall prevention and safe patient transfers.
• Report changes in patient status to the RN promptly.
