Job summary

Allina Health is seeking an RN for the Critical Care Float Pool at United Hospital. Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree required.
• 2 to 5 years RN experience.
• 0 to 2 years Med/Surgical experience.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; plan of care.
• Maintain competency to provide high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate and delegate to ensure safe, effective care.
• Supervise progress and adapt plans as needed.
• Supplemental roles: Charge Nurse and Preceptor when applicable.
