Essentia Health in Brainerd and Baxter, Minnesota, is hiring a Nursing Assistant for a permanent night shift. The role supports patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse and team leaders, with duties spanning hygiene, comfort, vital signs, and safe patient transfer.

The position requires meeting one of several education options, and offers comprehensive benefits with 0.8 FTE, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM shifts, every other weekend. Union STJSEIU Local 113 involvement is noted.

Qualifications

• Must meet ONE of the following requirements: 6 months of patient care experience.
• Completion of one semester of clinical rotations within an accredited nursing program.
• EH Nursing Assistant Foundation training within one month of hire.
