Job summary

UnityPoint Health in Madison, WI is seeking a CNA for 0.8 FTE with PM shifts and rotating weekends/holidays. You will perform basic nursing assistant duties, maintain patient dignity, and follow safety policies under RN supervision. Competitive total rewards and benefits apply.

Job Description

The Nursing Assistant (CNA) practices and performs the basic nursing assistant procedures which were taught during their outside training and certification program. The CNA is expected to practice medical asepsis, respect the dignity and privacy of every patient, maintain objectivity during patient care, adhere to basic hospital safety policies and procedures, and practice within their scope of training. The CNA works under the close supervision of the Registered Nurse. The CNA receives specific work assignments that are both written and oral with the expectation to complete the work assignment within their scheduled shift.
