Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital is seeking a Nursing Assistant for the Emergency Department on the night shift. You will support RN staff, monitor vital signs, assist with meals and patient transport, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for patients and families.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, Nurse Assistant training or current BSN clinical rotation, current BLS, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification from an approved Nurse Assistant training program or current enrollment in a BSN program with at least 1 clinical rotation.
• Current BLS training from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities
