Job summary

• Must have US citizenship or meet grandfathering provisions per VA policy.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English per VA Handbook 5005.
• Education or training requirements as NA per VA standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to Veterans under indirect supervision of a registered nurse.
• Rotate weekends and holidays as part of the nursing team.
• Care settings include outpatient, inpatient, home/community living, and acute/sub-acute care.
• Follow nursing care plans and ensure patients' comfort and safety.
