Job summary

The Wyndmoor Group is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to support elderly residents at our facility. You will observe health changes, assist with daily living activities, and work closely with licensed nurses to ensure safe, comfortable care.

The ideal candidate prioritizes patient well-being, communicates clearly in English, and collaborates well with a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Proficient reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.
• No registry findings of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
• Ability to foster good resident and family relationships.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Passion for working with elderly residents.
• Experience in long-term or assisted living is a plus, not required.
