Job summary

The Wyndmoor Group in Indiana is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide high-quality elder care. You will monitor residents, assist with daily activities, and collaborate closely with nursing staff to ensure residents' comfort and safety.

We value teamwork, clear communication, and a patient-centered approach. Shifts include 2nd and 3rd with additional shift pay for pickups, and prior long-term care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification is required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
• Reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English well.
• Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report changes in patient's condition to the supervising nurse.
• Assist with geriatric care needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to individual care plans.
• Observe residents and report any changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Communicate in a professional, respectful, and hospitable manner.

• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.
• Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
• Can foster good resident and family relationships.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
• A passion for working with elderly residents.
• Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.
