Qualifications

• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Preferred: Nursing Assistant certification.
• For Other Depts: Acute care or specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine, direct bedside care under supervision.
• Assist with personal hygiene, data collection, vital signs, and I&O.
• Document care in the medical record and respond to call lights.
