Job summary

Qualifications

• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Nursing Assistant certification preferred upon hire.
• Acute care or specialty experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personal hygiene and comfort care for patients.
• Data collection and observation, vital signs, I&O.
• Use of equipment and ADLs documentation in medical record.
• Answering call lights and responding to emergencies.
• Collaborate with RN/and healthcare team for patient needs.
