Qualifications

BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
Nursing Assistant certification on hire.
Acute care or specialty experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide routine bedside care and personal hygiene.
Monitor vital signs and intake/output.
Document in the medical record and report changes.
Assist with ADLs and use of medical equipment.
Respond to emergency situations and call lights promptly.
