Qualifications

• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Upon hire: Nursing Assistant certification.
• Acute care or specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic patient care under supervision.
• Assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Record data, monitor vital signs and intake/output.
• Operate equipment and respond to emergencies.
• Document care on the medical record.
