Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Pre-employment assessment(s) may be required by the facility.
• Completion of healthcare vocational program is preferred.
• Successful completion of fundamentals semester of nursing school is preferred.
• De-escalation training (CPI) within six months of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent patient-centered care under the direction of a registered nurse or physician.
• Act as a team member of the Nursing Team on the assigned unit/department.
• Support Service Excellence standards to all customer groups.
