Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed nursing staff in care of patients/residents in hospital or clinic settings.
• Take vital signs, assist with basic care, and support treatment plans.
• Observe patient condition and report changes to RN or supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and document care activities.
• Participate in admission processes, orientation, and patient education as needed.
