Sanford Health in Saint Paul, MN, is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) for Good Samaritan Maplewood to provide resident-centered care in long-term care settings. The role supports daily living activities and basic health care under RN supervision.

The position offers day shifts, 32 scheduled hours per week, and benefits with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. CNA certification and a commitment to infection prevention are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.
• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing, or in process of obtaining certification within four months.

Responsabilidades

• Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision of an RN.
• Assists with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, feeding, and vital signs.
• Transferring, repositioning, walking, ROM and passive exercises.
• Documents interactions and communicates changes to the charge nurse.
• Maintains infection prevention and PPE protocols.
