Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking CNAs to support residents at assisted living and memory care facilities around Mora, MN. The ideal candidate will drive within the 7 county metro area and be available for weekends and short-notice shifts.

We offer benefits for full-time staff (32 hours or more per week) including Medical, Vision, Tuition Discount, PTO, Weekly Pay, and next-day pay options. CNA certification and MN Registry active are required, with background checks and EMR charting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age or older.
• CNA certificate and MN CNA Registry active.
• Minimum 1 year of Nursing Home or Assisted Living experience.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Able to complete charting in electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide CNA care to residents in assisted living or memory care facilities.
• Support residents throughout Mora, MN area and surrounding counties.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident safety.
• Complete charting in EMR and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to shift schedules, including weekends and short-notice shifts.

$1,500 Sign on Bonus for full time staff
