The role requires a CNA certification, high school diploma or GED preferred, minimum age 16, with a pay range of $19.50–$25.50 per hour and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required within four months if not yet certified.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Ability to document resident interactions and care.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care under RN supervision.
• Assist with daily living activities and dining for assigned resident.
• Record vital signs and monitor health status.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and mobility.
• Support wellness and recreational activities and care plans.
