Job summary

Alumus is hiring a Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care per the resident care plan under supervision. This role supports meal preparation, feeding, and mobility across residents in luxurious Encore Communities facilities.

Qualifications include 1 year experience preferred, CNA/HCA license or certification, and valid CPR/First Aid. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guests for meals, serve food trays, and assist with feeding as necessary.
• Record the guest's food/fluid intake and report changes in eating habits.
• Perform after meal care (remove trays, clean hands, face, clothing, take to bathroom, brush teeth, clean dentures).
• Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting guests into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, and lifts.
• Observe and report the presence of pressure areas and skin breakdowns to prevent decubitus ulcers.
