Collects health information and reviews biometric data to identify gaps in care and provides disease-specific education and interventions specific to gaps identified under the guidance and direction of provider, qualified healthcare professional, and/ or registered nurse.
Interpret policies and procedures to personnel, patients, visitors, and government agencies as required.
