Job summary

The position also offers up to $40,000 in financial support to pursue nursing education. Responsibilities include assisting licensed nurses, performing routine clerical tasks for admissions and discharges, and ensuring accurate documentation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ACLS certification required.
• PALS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as directed by the licensed nurse within the nursing assistant scope of practice.
• Perform clerical duties for admissions, transfers, discharges, and related activities.
• Observe and document patient needs, report changes to licensed staff promptly.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient safety watch as assigned.
• Transcribe and process orders per unit standards and coordinate with departments as needed.
