Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents according to established procedures and document appropriately.
• Create and maintain a calm atmosphere during shifts.
• Assist residents with meals, feeding, and personal hygiene needs.
• Help with transportation, lifting, turning, and transferring residents.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and report changes in condition.
• Measure and record vital signs as instructed.

Minimum Requirements

• Current CNA Certification in New York State in good standing.
• Commitment to compassionate, quality care.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated.
• Patience and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs.
