Job summary

Parklands Care Center in Gainesville, FL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 7am to 3pm shift. You will support residents with ADLs, document care, and collaborate with a dedicated nursing team to deliver high-quality care.

This role offers a $16–$17 hourly wage, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and daily pay options, plus ongoing training and career growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
• Newly certified CNAs are welcome to apply.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active certification as a CNA in the state of Florida.

Nursing Assistant - 7am to 3pm Shift

Join our team at Parklands Care Center, a leading provider of sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and skilled nursing care, as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our 7am to 3pm shift in Gainesville, Florida. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA to work collaboratively with our skilled nursing staff to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promoting independence

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in routine care conferences and provide input on patient care

• Demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and customer service

What We Offer:

• $16 - $17 hourly salary
