Job summary

Parklands Care Center in Gainesville, FL is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 7am to 3pm shift. You will provide direct patient care under licensed staff, assist with ADLs, and support the care team to promote resident independence.

We offer $16–$17 hourly with a $1,000 sign-on bonus, weekly pay with shift differentials and overtime, a daily pay option, and ongoing training for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CNA experience preferred.

Join our team at Parklands Care Center, a leading provider of sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and skilled nursing care, as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our 7am to 3pm shift in Gainesville, Florida. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA to work collaboratively with our skilled nursing staff to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promoting independence

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in routine care conferences and provide input on patient care

• Demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and customer service

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
