We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA to work collaboratively with our skilled nursing staff to provide high-quality care to our residents.
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promoting independence
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in routine care conferences and provide input on patient care
Demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and customer service
$16 - $17 hourly salary
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus – paid out quarterly to eligible new hires

1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required
Active certification as a CNA in the state of Florida
