Parklands Care Center in Gainesville, FL is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 7am to 3pm shift. You will provide direct patient care under licensed staff, assist with ADLs, and support the care team to promote resident independence.

We offer $16–$17 hourly with a $1,000 sign-on bonus, weekly pay with shift differentials and overtime, a daily pay option, and ongoing training for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Newly certified CNAs welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assisting with ADLs and promoting independence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in routine care conferences and provide input on patient care.
• Demonstrate commitment to quality patient care and customer service.
