Job summary

Florida SouthWestern State College is seeking a Program and Clinical Coordinator for the School of Nursing (Charlotte) to lead the ASN program on campus, coordinating clinical and simulation scheduling and staffing for labs to support faculty, staff, and students.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Nursing, an active RN license, and at least five years of related experience, with ability to travel between campuses as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution.
• Current unencumbered RN license in good standing.
• Five years of full-time professional and clinical experience.
• Ability to travel to multiple FSW campuses in Lee, Charlotte, Collier, and Hendry counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide campus leadership for the ASN program.
• Coordinate clinical and simulation scheduling.
• Staff open labs and manage campus operations to support faculty, staff, and students.
• Collaborate with the ASN Program Director.
