Job summary

Florida SouthWestern State College's School of Nursing seeks a Program and Clinical Coordinator (Charlotte campus) to provide campus leadership for the ASN program. The role collaborates with the ASN Program Director to schedule clinicals, manage simulations, and oversee labs, supporting faculty, staff, and students.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Nursing, an active RN license, at least five years of professional and clinical experience, and can travel to all FSW campuses across Lee,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution.
• Current unencumbered licensed Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Five years of full-time related professional and clinical work experience.
• Ability to independently travel to all FSW campuses in Lee, Charlotte, Collier, and Hendry counties and other locations for College business.

Responsibilities

• Provide campus leadership for the ASN Program/Clincal Coordinator role at an assigned Florida SouthWestern State College campus.
• Coordinate clinical and simulation scheduling, staffing for open labs, and overall campus management to support faculty, staff, and students.
