Job summary

Florida SouthWestern State College is seeking a Program and Clinical Coordinator, School of Nursing (Charlotte) to lead the ASN program at the Charlotte campus in the Fort Myers area. The role oversees clinical and simulation scheduling, staffing for open labs, and campus management in collaboration with the ASN Program Director.

The position is a 12-month professional staff role with salary of $73,685.87 and benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current unencumbered RN license in good standing.
• Five years of full‑time related professional and clinical work experience.
• Ability to travel independently to all FSW campuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide campus leadership for the ASN program at an assigned campus.
• Coordinate clinical and simulation scheduling, staffing for open labs.
• Oversee overall campus management to support faculty, staff and students.
