Job summary

Florida SouthWestern State College's School of Nursing seeks a Program and Clinical Coordinator (Charlotte campus) to provide campus leadership for the ASN program. The role collaborates with the ASN Program Director to schedule clinicals, manage simulations, and oversee labs, supporting faculty, staff, and students.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Nursing, an active RN license, at least five years of professional and clinical experience, and can travel to all FSW campuses across Lee,

Florida SouthWestern State Collegeis accepting resumes in search of aProgram and Clinical Coordinator, School of Nursing (Charlotte)to join our team of exceptional employees. The ASN Program/Clinical Coordinator provides campus leadership for the Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) program at an assigned Florida SouthWestern State College campus. The Program Coordinator/Clinical Manager, in collaboration with the ASN Program Director, is responsible for clinical and simulation scheduling, staffing for open labs, and overall campus management to support faculty, staff, and students. This position is a 12-month (243 duty day) professional staff position.

The ideal candidate will have:

Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in Nursing. Current unencumbered licensed Registered Nurse in good standing. Five (5) years of full‑time related professional and clinical work experience. Ability to independently travel to all FSW campuses in Lee, Charlotte, Collier, and Hendry counties and other locations for College business.
