Job summary

Florida SouthWestern State College seeks a Program and Clinical Coordinator for the School of Nursing at the Charlotte campus. The ASN program leader will schedule clinicals and simulations, staff labs, and manage campus operations to support faculty, staff and students.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Nursing, an active RN license, and at least five years of related clinical experience. Willingness to travel across Lee, Charlotte, Collier and Hendry counties is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution.
• Current unencumbered licensed Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Five (5) years of full‑time related professional and clinical work experience.
• Ability to independently travel to all FSW campuses and other locations for College business.

Responsibilities

• Provide campus leadership for the ASN program at the assigned campus.
• Coordinate clinical and simulation scheduling and staffing for open labs.
• Support faculty, staff and students; manage campus operations.
