Job summary

Villa Santa Barbara is seeking a Nursing Aide to support residents with daily living activities, medication assistance, and compassionate care. You will help with meals, transportation within the facility, and participate in activities planned for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in nursing or senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, medication administration, treatments and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents within the building and outside as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regular schedule.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
