Job summary

Southern Meadows, a Sonida Senior Living community, in Mountain Home, AR, is hiring a Nursing Aide to help with daily living activities, medications, and patient care. The role includes escorting residents, meal support, and assisting with activities, ensuring dignity and respect in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assists with activities of daily living and provides support with medications and treatments.
• Escorts residents within the building and outside as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• Participates in planning and executing activities for residents on a regular basis.
• Treats residents with dignity and respect at all times.

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards
• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times
