What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, you'll play an important role in helping residents enjoy their day, maintain their independence, and feel comfortable and supported in their home.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, while encouraging independence and self-care.

• Provide assistance with medications and treatments when appropriately trained and authorized for assigned duties.

• Escort residents throughout the community and outside the building as needed.

• Assist with meal setup, service, and cleanup.

• Support resident activities and help create opportunities for engagement and social connection.

• Observe and communicate changes in residents' needs or conditions to the appropriate team members.

• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to provide consistent, quality care.

• Treat every resident with dignity, compassion, and respect.

What We're Looking For

• A compassionate, patient, and dependable individual who enjoys working with older adults.

• A commitment to helping residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• A high school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous experience in nursing, senior living, home health, or a related field preferred.

Medication passer certification is not required for this AM caregiver position.
