What You'll Do As Our Wellness Director

• Lead and Develop Your Team: Train, coach, mentor, and support team members to help them build skills, confidence, and consistency in resident care.
• Build a Positive Team Culture: Encourage open communication, collaboration, mutual respect, and shared accountability.
• Oversee Resident Care: Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and health-related services to meet individual needs and maintain quality standards.
• Support Residents and Families: Build meaningful relationships, listen to concerns, respond with empathy, and help families navigate changing care needs.
• Lead by Example: Stay engaged and approachable, help solve problems, and step in to support the team when needed.
• Coordinate Healthcare Services: Build strong working relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and other professionals involved in resident care.
• Maintain Quality and Compliance: Ensure wellness operations follow applicable Wisconsin and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Create Opportunities for Growth: Identify training needs, reinforce best practices, recognize team members' contributions, and help individuals reach their potential.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in senior living, assisted living, healthcare, or a related field.
• Two to four years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in senior care or a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• The ability to coach and mentor employees while maintaining clear expectations and accountability.
• A willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively with residents, families, and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for older adults and a leadership approach grounded in empathy, patience, and teamwork.
