Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable when caring for older adults.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential to support residents.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and encourage independence.
• Provide assistance with medications and treatments as trained.
• Escort residents within the community and outside as needed.
• Assist with meal setup, service, and cleanup.
• Support resident engagement and social activities.
