As a Nursing Aide, you will assist with daily living activities, help with meals, transport residents as needed, and support a respectful, dignified environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and maintain resident dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living and medication assistance as needed.
• Escort residents within and outside the building.
• Assist with meal setup and cleanup and participate in activities planning.

Nursing Aid Responsibilities include:

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards
• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.
