Job summary

Sonida Senior Living at The Renley of Collierville is seeking a Nursing Aide to support residents with daily living activities, medication assistance, and compassionate care in a warm, engaging community setting.

You will help residents maintain independence while working closely with a caring team. Training is provided, and the community offers competitive benefits and scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escort residents within and outside the building as needed; assist with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
