Job summary

The Residence of Chardon in Chardon, OH is seeking a dedicated Nursing Aide to assist residents with daily living activities, medication support, and personal care in a premier senior living community.

You will work with a team that delivers compassionate care using modern tools such as EHR systems and safety technology to support quality resident outcomes while maintaining dignity and respect at all times.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence
• Escorts residents within the building and outside as needed
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards
• May assist with planning and executing resident activities on a regular basis
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times
