The candidate will handle admissions processes, staffing, payroll, and credentialing with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience handling confidential information with tact and discretion.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and calmly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hospital admissions platforms and submit intake forms for nursing approval.
• Coordinate all aspects of new admissions, including insurance authorization and documentation verification.
• ICD-10 coding and chart management.
• Conduct tours with knowledge of facility capabilities.
• Manage 24-hour, Monday-Friday staffing coverage for the nursing department and schedule postings.
